About Me...

Hailing from Melbourne, Australia, I'm a bit of a culture junkie and coffee connoisseur - well maybe not exactly a connoisseur, but my creative endeavours have been mostly fuelled by aromatic beans...

I make music, films and write. I've got an obsession with learning and in so doing, I earned a degree in communications majoring in journalism and screen studies.  I'm now learning to code and have become a total nerd who's excited by disrupting technologies being the adaptation of our minds.

I guess when I see something that interests me, I tend to pull the thread. So, I've also studied UX design and programming out of interest and hope to uncover a lot more as life takes me down that road of life long learning.

So without further adieu, I hope you enjoy the fruits of my creativity in all their weird shapes and forms. Thanks for dropping by!

The Odyssey

Legendary producer and ARIA Hall of Fame inductee Lobby Loyde, cited as an influence by musicians such as Kurt Cobain was an instrumental part of producing my epic debut album, ‘The Odyssey’. The journey took us through four different studios and about a year and a half to make. I could never thank Lobby enough for his time and friendship. A legend in every way.

Music

Wake Up Call

Wandering the globe with an acoustic guitar as a travel companion paved the road for ‘Wake Up Call’. An audio travel diary questioning my place in this crazy and beautiful world. I wrestle philosophy, religion and other social constructions and contrast them with wonderful blissful ignorance

Music

The Collective

A five-track mash-up of well spiced alternative rock. It showcases the wires that most people leave out of their pretty pics. With a weird range of influences, each song was recorded years apart in different studios and with different musicians. It’s exactly the mash to cure your hungover.

The Kibbutz

I spent some time on a Kibbutz. Easiest way to describe a kibbutz? It’s basically a gated community that provides its members housing, living, medical and education costs in return for their labour. Check out my documentary for more.

YGAP

Change. It’s a word often used more in theory than practiced. One inspiring exception is YGAP. A group of friends who, while discussing poverty over a coffee, decided enough was enough and created ‘YGAP’. This short film tells their story in their own words. From their first trip to Africa, to creating global campaigns with the likes of celebrities like Chris Hemsworth and Zac Efron.

Dub FX

This mind-blowing story is follows the journey of a young aspiring musician who left his home in Australia to perform the streets of Europe. He wanted to sell some CDs with the hope of making a few bucks, but soon found himself becoming a beat boxing and looping phenomenon known as Dub Fx.
